Although new to Trophy Stalkers, this Mule deer hunt is not new to the guides. This hunt is situated in our home area where we have great knowledge of the area and its mule deer. We supplied this Mule deer hunt in the 2004 season and had 100% success. The largest deer taken scored 189 B&C points.

We have a good population of Mule deer in our area, and the trophy quality gets better every year. This hunt precedes the whitetail hunts and takes place in the early weeks of November as the mature Mule deer bucks move into the herds early. We will hunt Mule deer mainly by spot and stalk, as well as field hunting. Tree stand hunts can work, and may be employed, however due to the nature of the deer, we stay on the move looking for your trophy.

Accommodations and procedures are the same as the whitetail hunts. You will be hunting the mule deer in West central Alberta. This is North West of Calgary, Alberta. We have also expanded our whitetail to hunt in this area. Should you wish, a combination Mule deer/whitetail deer hunt can be provided.
