Procedure & Conditions for booking with Trophy Stalkers.

First, choose your hunt. Then contact Trophy Stalkers for availability, and pricing. We can reserve your space verbally if we have insurance that we receive your deposit as soon as possible. Once we receive your deposit, we'll mail a confirmation and information package to you.

A 50% deposit is required to book your hunt. Some trips, arranged more than a year in advance, only require a 15% deposit. In this case, another 35% deposit is due on January 1 st the year of the trip. Balances are due 60 days prior to arrival.

Client acknowledges that the trip involves inherent dangers and may require some physical activity. The Client shall be responsible for the cost of accommodations and associated transportation outside of Trophy Stalkers hunts and venues. All quoted prices, rates and fees are subject to change without notice, and Client agrees to be responsible for same. Baggage, personal items and equipment are the sole responsibility of their owners at all times.

Please note; there is a $50.00 Canadian fee to accompany a “Firearms Declaration Form” and be paid at the Canada Customs office. This form can be provided by Trophy Stalker, down loaded from the web site www.cfc-ccaf.gc.ca, or obtained at the boarder crossing.

All prices quoted are in US funds unless otherwise stated. All hunts prices do not include licenses or 3.5% tax. License/Allocation fees cost will be provided to you upon your inquiry for your hunt.

All hunt cost include food, lodging, and transportation during your hunt. Trophy Stalkers will pick you up at the airport, or motel depending upon the nature of the hunt.
